Technical Strengths: My strongest technical strengths include such areas as PHP, Perl, C, Javascript,
DHTML, XML, XSL, SQL, Java, ColdFusion and Web server administration. I have designed, created,
and deployed countless enterprise level Web applications on Linux and UNIX platforms. I have
experience on Sybase, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and mySQL database platforms. This includes
determining project requirements, architecture, functional specifications, resource management
(including offshore experience), operations, and deployment. I have extensive experience in the
creation of Web based EDI/E-Commerce, document translation and transformation, EDI/XML
mapping, catalogs, directories, collaboration, and event-driven systems.

My hobby is fly fishing and the outdoors and I have been published in many related periodicals,
several books, and write frequently for the Atlanta Journal and Constitution. On November 15, 1998 I
was featured in a front page article in the sports section of the Atlanta Journal and Constitution for my
work on georgia-outdoors.com, a non-profit 501(3)(c) corporation that I founded and currently serve
as Chief Technical Officer and Chairman. My latest book, "Fishing The Chattahoochee Delayed
