Ken,

The one fly that has produced alot of fish on the lower Taccoa this year is the #10 Bead Head Woolly Bugger (Black or Olive). You might want to try using a Prince or a Olive Bead Head Hairs Ear as a dropper too. It has been 3 ro 4 weeks ago that I last fished it, but this fly has produced alot of fish for myself as well as some of my other fly fishing buddies that fish it on a weekly basis. I have seen some hatches, but not to many fish were feeding on the surface...Although I have been there when the fish are surface feeding all over the place and it almost looks like the water is boiling...Alot of fun catching them one after another.

Tight Lines,

Flyguy
