My thoughts exactly. If the stripers decide to eat all the trout stocked below Morgan Falls why not try smallmouths? They would probably fair much better against the stripers than trout and I believe, although I'm no biologist, that smallmouths have a much larger variety in their diet. I think most fly fisherman would love the chance at smallmouths. Maybe it would turn out to be as good as the trout fishing was in the 'Hooch back in the late 70's and early 80's.
