Yes indeedy, and even more pleasing to my wife is the fact that I'll have a conversation with her afterwards. Usually we don't talk fish either. Some how, when I return from several hours of fishing and/or driving, I'm talkative. Perhaps its because I haven't spoken to a soul for that length of time, or (and I think is where the truth lies) I'm opened up by the experience. My mind is unencumubered and my tongue follows. Kind of a corallary to G. Clinton's "Free your mind and your A$$ will follow."

Because I haven't been able to get to a river/stream lately, there's been alot silence in my house. If this keeps up, I'm liable to come home to a note that says, "dinner's in the oven, GO FISH!"
