License is the same, regardless of what type of saltwater fishing your doing. 1 day or 7 day permit's are available. Seasonal for out of stater's is only around $35

Sand stakes are critical. If you can find em get some "glow ball" rigs. There's a small cork, painted orange or chartreuse that's threaded onto the leader, close to the hook. Your weight will be 18-24" above the cork. When you fish cutbait,
it keeps it off the bottom. Awesome for sharks.

Don't forget your cuda tubes! Find an inlet/jetty!

Lures wise: hit the flats with jigs & mirror lures.
