My first purchase was 3mm neoprene. Used them
twice in April and returned them. In April, I
sweated like all get out! I couldn't take it.
I then purchased Orvis Clearwater breathables
(~$160). For the season so far, they have
been great. Orvis makes them in women's and men's
sizes. I bought them from the Orvis store
downtown mainly because Bass Pro doesn't carry
them. But, the service that I have recevied at
Orvis has been tremendous.
When I float tubed the dam last weekend, I did
realize that I needed a warm set of long johns
for the cooler months and the dam. Now I know.
There is also a source on the net,
