You'll need a bit more info than that for me to identify, but others might know right off. Try: gorp.com/cl_angle/canecoun/value.htm which is a bamboo rod site, and you might see your rod there; there's a series of links at the bottom of the page that could be of help.

Generally speaking, the shorter the bamboo rod, the more collectible, unless you're talking about a VERY collectible rod, like a Garrison or whatever. So a 7 1/2 foot rod is worth lots more than a 9 foot rod, which were most common during that period. A lot of bamboo rods out there have very little value, a few have a trememdous value. It mostly depends not on age, but on the rod's maker. Least valuable are the Japanese rods, which came out of the Occupation.
