bwo's and pmd's are spent spinner imitations (dead down wing adult mayflies floating on the surface) GRHE (gold ribbed hare's ear) is a non specific nymph and a great search pattern anywhere you fish. If you dont tie your own get a flyfishing supply catalogue (Kaufmann's streamborn, Orvis or any number of others free) most will have a good selection of flies with pictures and names.
