I think that is great - however, I think your last statement is very unfounded. Our DNR works very hard to enforce stream regulations and I would like to hear what you base your statement on. From my personal experience with license checks, etc...over the last five years I would consider our DNR one of the best at enforcement. Of course every state is going to have poaching incidents, they are unavoidable. It is like any other field of law enforcement, no matter how many patrolmen you have there will still be some who run red lights. In addition - I don't know if you have ever gotten to know any of the Georgia DNR folks, but I have, and I can tell you that every single one is very dedicated to what they do. To me most of them are unsung heroes, working from a shrinking budget they have done a GREAT job at coming up with creative solutions to work with what they have and as a result - our state excels in protecting an promoting our resources. Aaron > I was reading the September issue of GON magazine and saw the hall of shame which noted two unbelievable stories. One of which blew my mind! There was a man who was fishing with a young man and was caught by DNR with 31 trout. There was a picture which showed some of the (already cleaned) trout to be well over 12 inches. Its nice to see such ignorant people being caught by DNR who has a rep for not being present in GA. > Tight lines > ALG
