Aaron,
I agree that the DNR guys do a great job, however I was basing my statement on the fact that during this trout season (which I fished atleast once a week at various locations) I was only asked for my liscense once. Maybe I was just where the DNR wasn't. I didn't mean to take any credit away from the DNR. I totally agree that they do a good job with the resouces they are provided.
