Caught and released four 10 inch browns on the fly
, around settles bridge. There were quite a few lost,
and many more lost hookups. The fly was a anytime
anywhere. It is a size 12, weighted nymph. It has
a black chenille body grizzly hackle wrapped over
entire body. The tail is mallard flank; brown-white
strped. It can be dead drifted or fished like a
streamer, or tugs at the end of a drift. There were
some nice aerial displays by the browns when they
hit the fly. Other success was with a silver bead-head
black wooly bugger, size 10.
