Fly Fishing near Huntsville, AL

I will be in the Huntsville area for a few days after
Christmas, and I hope to "escape" for at least one day
of fly fishing. Anyone got any suggestions for a day
trip. Looking at a map, I noticed the Elk River in
Tenn., has anyone had any experiences with this river?
Any guidance will be greatly appreciated
