IN THE BLUE RIDGE WMA, NOONTOOTLA AND JONES CREEKS CARRY ARTIFICIAL ONLY REGULATIONS. CLOSER TO HOME, BETWEEN GA HWY 20 AND HWY 141 ON THE HOOCH IS REGULATED AS ARTIFICIAL ONLY WATERS ALSO.
MAY I SUGGEST THE JONES BRIDGE AREA AND THE ISLAND FORD AREA OFF OF NORTHSIDE DRIVE AT GA 400. I FISH BOTH AREAS REGULARLY DURING THE WEEK DO TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO MY OFFICE. ALTHOUGH THESE AREAS CARRY NO SPECIAL RESTRICTIONS, I AM USUALLY ABLE TO CATCH PLENTY OF FISH AFTER WORK WITHOUT HAVING TO DRIVE TO THE MOUNTAINS
REMEMBER TO CHECK THE GENERATION SCHEDULE BEFORE FISHING THE HOOCH.

> I am fairly new at fishing and I really would like to know what are the best creeks to fish with artificial lures? I live in Alpharetta near 400. If possible, could anyone give me directions to some of the best creeks that you would recommend from 400. thanks in advance.
