Dukes creek has lots of stoneflies in the
brownish color in sizes 12-16. Mayfly nymphs
, 14-16,are also present in the light brown
to dark brown.Patterns representing these work.
Fly patterns that are common on Dukes Creek are
very simple. For Nymphs, the bead-head prince
in sizes 12-16,hare's ear in the common size,
and quite possibly pheasant tail nymphs. Dark
colors work well.
Different types of stonefly patterns work well.
