Mike,The Hiwassee is a great river for float tubing above Reliance
when the generators are on.When gen.are off you will mostly have to tote
that float tube,especially in Big Bend area.They are tuff on safety vest
up there.So be sure you have float vest with you.When water is off I
would float from Reliance down stream but not with water on--You
might wind up at Chattanooga via the Tenn.R.
