You won't have any problem finding a decent stream in this area. My Mother is from there, and I spent most of my summers as a kid running around with all of my cousins that live there. (specifically Emporium). Anyhow, Emporium is not that far of a drive, and there is great smallmouth and trout fishing from Sinemahoning up through Cameron, and then up to Emporium. Emporium is the largest town in Cameron Co. pop. ~1000. There are 3 major streams that feed through the area, and all are good fisheries.
