jack fish on the fly?

As a matter of fact, I got some Orvis wire tippets last year for my birthday. They work well on the barracuda around Islamorada. Don't know how they'll hold up on your Georgia Jackfish though.

hey drifter,
strolled down to the pond through out a #8 crystal pea*****woolybugger and to my surprise out came a 10 inch baby jackfish. he was a little cold but still put up a good tug. then caught a small b****that tugged good to. then got caught on a underwater snag and promptly broke the only fly like that i have . back to the bench.

This kinda reminded me of that last Jurassic Park movie with the baby T-Rex running around. The mother is close by. Be careful!
