Are there any largemouth b****in the Chattahoochee River? I figure there are smallmouth, and I know there are trout - where should I go to find largemouth on the Hooch?
Thanks
Karl,
There are occasional largemouths between Buford Dam and Morgan Falls, but the competition for food with 1/4 million+ trout is tough. Below Morgan Falls the b****fishing gets much better, and with the decline of the trout in that area it should be improving. Below Six Flags, the b****become numerous and large.
There are no smallmouth in the Chattahoochee system, but you can catch five types of bass; Largemouth, Shoal (Redeye), Spots, Stripers, and Wipers.

BTW when we going?
Thanks Rod!
I'm giving final exams this week, and not much else is going on, so I got time to hangout and catch up on all the posts. I've read for three hours, and I'm still behind.

I'm just wondering. What does "BTW" stand for? I've seen it several times, by several posters.
Floater,
It stands for "by the way".
