The fling will begin aroung 10:00am (I should be there around 9:30am to set things up if anyone would like to come before 10:00am)with some people doing the fly tying and David Edens will be doing some custom rod building for those of you that would like to get an idea of how its done. This is also a good time to pry some fishing secrets and helpful information from other NGTO members at the fling.
This year we have quit a few door prizes to give away..from guided boat and float trips to assorted fly kits and...Yes even a...well you'll just have to come see for yourself.
Lunch will start at aroud 11:00am and will wrap up around 12:00 or 12:30...and then we will get things under way for the float trip and for those not going on the float trip there is allot of open area to wade and the fly tying can go on till 2:00 or longer if the pavillion isn't reserved after 2:00pm.
Some where between lunch and 1:00 we will have a guest speaker or two on trout fishing the Hooch...This or these speakers will have some great information to p****along and will be able to answer questions to the best of there knowledge.
Also...If you have not signed up or RSVPed please do so...this will help get an good idea on how many people are going to attend. There and sign up link on the NGTO home page and you can also send me an RSVP by e-mail....events@georgia-outdoors.com.
