What do we need for the Hiawasee...GA or TN.
How much for a three day.

You need a Tenn. license. A 3 (or 4 day?) is $20. Full year all species is either $51 or $52. License available at Hiwassee Outfitters and they have always taken my personal check.

To expound on The Old One's post:

Hiwassee Outfitters now has the capability to get you a license through their computer. So they never run out of license. I have driven to H.O. before only to find they were out of license, and then had to drive back to Benton, TN.

Benton, Tennessee is a well known "speed trap". Don't ask me how I know http://www.georgia-outdoors.com/ubbngto/wink.gif They seem to pick on folks with Georgia tags. They even furnish you with a self addressed stamped envelope with your citation, so you can mail in your fine. SLOW DOWN when going through the place, especially on US 411. Save your hard earned dollars for the Saturday nite NGTO poker game!
