WOW! That Jimmy Harris (Unicoi Outfitters) is something else! He has donated to the GaWomFly Holiday party silent auction a Nacoochee Bend Half-day for 2. In addition, this is to be guided by NGTO's very own BirdDog! I think that I'd go to any party for a shot at that!!

Thanks Jimmy and Unicoi Oufitters!!

Looking forward to seeing a large NGTO showing at the party!

It appears as if many folks read the digest more often than reading the actual board, so I am providing a text version of the Georiga Women FlyFishers Holiday Party invitation.

Georgia Women Flyfishers invite you, all of NGTO, to join us for our holiday celebration Monday, December 6th, 1999 at 7pm. It will be held at the

Atlanta Brewing Company
1219 Williams Street
Atlanta GA

To cover our costs of beverages, $10 at the door covers all beverages and appetizers (lots of food, from what I hear).

There will be raffles and silent auctions on items, including

Orvis Rod
FlyLogic Rod and Reel
LL Bean Rod and Reel
Sage Rod
Nacoochee Bend guided trip
"Changing Tactics" print by NGTO's own Tom Landreth
and much, much more.

All proceeds colleted in the auctions and raffles will go towards our conservation plans for 2000, which are still, somewhat, on the planning table.

I hope to see many of you there. We welcome all members of the fishing community and their family and friends. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me.

Directions to the Atlantaa Brewing Company:
FROM NORTH: Take I-75, I-85, or GA400 south to the 75/85 connector. Exit 10th/14th streets. Left at light onto 14th street. Cross over interstate. Left at first light onto Williams Street. The Altanta Brewing Company is a red brick building on the right 1/10 mile.

Realize some of us want to but just can't. Eating and drinking for $10 plus spending the night talking fishing sounds about perfect to me. But it's the other Eg's birthday and it just didn't fly as well with her. I think the dagger came when I suggested we could then get up early and go stock fish.

Hope you have fun.

Just got back from your Xams party and I want to commend you on a job well done. You girls do know how to throw a party. Great food, good beer and lots of great prizes. I had a great time. Please let me know when the next party is, or why dont all of you try one of our camping trips sometime. Now that could be a hoot.
