I read in the AJC that the Soque river above 197 has become a year round stream. It mentions that the left fork up to 356 is also year round, but this is all private, right? Why would they re-classify other than to allow the lodges to be able to work year round, and thus make more money? Will the Public portions continue to be stocked throughout the year? Any thoughts on subject? ------ALG
