My suggestion...if it is white and REAL tiny..pick up some light cahills in a size 22. Or just plain old white midges...
Also for the real small stuff a griffiths gnat (size 20-24) work real well..or ask at the shops for something that is called a midge cluster.
The only problem is seeing your fly on the water because of the size of the fly. You may want to start off with using a bigger dry say a elk hair caddis sixe 14 and tie the smaller fly off of it as a dropper (use about 18 inches of tippet ).
The bigger fly then will allow you to visualize where the smaller fly is...and then if the water bulges or moves in anyway behind your bigger fly then set the hook.
