I Stock Trout on my property in A North Ga. River. I often see River Otters "I think" in the water. My Trout population has dropped to a very few. Are these creatures eating my trout and how do I get rid of them ?

Jebman,
Otters are nomadic. They move from area to the next searching for food and seclusion. They normally do not become a permanent resident. After cleaning out your trout, you may not see them ever again, or they may be back next year. Hard to tell. Steel traps and guns are only a temporary solution, because their numbers are expanding in Georgia.
Probably the best thing you can do is restock, and go fishing everyday on your property. If you can't do that, I'm sure some of the NGTO members will be glad to help out.
