View Full Version : Steelhead in the Santeetlah
I have read that during the fall and winter, Steelhead from Santeetlah Resevoir make a run up Santeetlah Creek. The Steelhead were supposedly stocked during the 1960's. Is there any validity to this information? If anyone has a clue, please post.
Crash, you might make some people mad posting the stuff you are posting, I would send this via email but you didn't put yours on here. Remember that there are about 7000 people looking at what you write. If you here about a not so common fishing oppertunity don't go blabbing it to everyone in the world or it wont last for long. If you are wondering about streams you have heard of, fish them for your self to find out. It has always seemed the best way for me. Be carefull about what you post here.

I have a question. If this forum, "Ask the experts," cannot be used to ask questions about the sport we all love, fly fishing, then what good is it? I apologize if I have offended anyone by wanting to become a better fly fisherman. I didn't realize that there were individuals out there who became angry if certain questions were asked. They're just fish, we're not curing cancer.

Hey Crash, I'll tell you where I like to fish, I'll even tie you some flies. There is that one spot in question I can't share with you just yet though.
At the same time I know how Shawn feels about secret spots. Like NIGHT OWL said if it's a secret simply don't say anything. Getting ones feathers rufffled makes a bigger issue out of it.
