Hi guys,
Well I went to Beech Bottom on Saturday, and jumped the cliffs and various rocks. It was the biggest rush I've had in a very long time. One cliff was about 35-40 feet high, and another rock was about 25 feet high. When you go in the summer, and the water level is lower, it is much safer because you can see the rocks underneath the water.
I highly reccommend the 4 mile hike into the valley, and the cliff jumping, or just hanging out in the sun by the falls.
