I received som e-mail feedback about Teton Reels and Netboy pointed me toward Hook & Hackle at:

They have a 20% off sale during January. The Teton Tioga for 4wt line lists for $100, so I'm assuming it could be had for $80 plus shipping.

I also saw some cheeeep prices on other stuff including a vice for $20.
