bv,

A nymph swap sounds great, although I'm planning on taking a sabbatical from flytying in about another month. That should be when the fishing gets started again. I've got to tie 18 X-caddis sometime soon. I think the swaps are a good cure for cabin fever when the winter weather is not as condusive to trout fishing. I saw a page regarding a "dropper swap" where participants were asked to tie an attractor and a dropper for the Swap. You could also have a terrestrial swap, midge swap, mayfly swap, etc.

I'll support anyone who wants to start another, but I can't let my tying interfere with my fishing ;) Hooker's twisting my arm to go to the White River in June, I'm going to the Keys in April, and Yellowstone in July, with Georgia and NC streams sprinkled in between.

Let me know if you want to run a Swap and I'll help in any way I can.

Tight lines,
Drifter
