spooling

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on re-spooling a reel? I have run out of line and need to put some more on my reel, but I don't feel very comfortable doing it myself since I am afraid it won't be tight and even. Are there places (e.g. Sports Authority) who will re-spool reels?

Don't let that reel scare you. If you pick up the newest issue of American angler, There is some good tips to respooling he fly reel.
