Yeah I still have not even fished the Chattahoochee River. It's a shame as I live closer to it than my home streams in Blue Ridge. But I am ready to bite the bullet. As I do not know the first thing about the Hooch (Access points, Do's and don'ts, etc) I think it would be better if I could hook up with someone that can spend the day if not fishing with me showing me the where and whats of the hooch. I am so to say not too familar with Atlanta and the near surroundings so maybe someone could slap some sense into me and show me the Hooch. I will trade a fishing trip at the cabin on the Upper Jacks River through the Valley if someone could help a rookie to the Hooch out. I appreciate it.

"But when I am alone in the half light of the canyon all existence seems to fade to a being with my soul, and memories. And the sounds of the Big Black Foot River, and a four count rhythm, and the hope that a fish will rise. Eventually, all things merge into one, and a river runs through it. The river was cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time. On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words, and some of the words are theirs. I am haunted by waters."

If you can get away during the week, then shoot me an email. I have drift boat and my current two fishing partners are busy the next two weeks.
