View Full Version : Fishing in Bristol Tennessee 8/27 - 8/30

I have a cabin reserved for this weekend for a little fishin and racin in Bristol. We have space available in the cabin if anyone is interested in joining us. We will be fishing the Watauga and the South Holston tailwaters as well an going to the race Saturday night. Right now there are just Flee myself and one other on the list, but there is room for a couple of more if anyone is interested. The cabin is rustic but cheap, so if you want to try a couple of new streams that fish like Western rivers, this is the place.

We don't have tickets. We usually buy them at the track from people with extras. We have done this for years and have never come away empty handed or payed more then face value, sometimes less. If we dont get tickets, Oh well, guess we'll just have to fish some more. The cabin is about ten minutes from the track, and less from the South Holston.

Count me in if there's still room. Flee filled me in on the details last night. I can come up Friday night and I'll have to head back Sunday late. Unfortunately, I don't think I can get any extra time off.

You bet. I've got a float tube that I'm planning on bringing. Wish I had a pontoon, but I'll just do the best I can...
