Hi Jeff...COME ON UP HERE...I want to show you some good trout/walleye fishing...The season opens the first weekend of MAY..If you come up just before I go to Canada...I will even take you Morel Mushroom Hunting....What a topic to write about on the board!...What do you think Mr. Moderator????Spinner....

Hmmm . . . I think I'd better stay away from the wild mushrooms. LOL

Jeff........You don't know what you are missing....Mushroom hunt is something that you need to do at least once in your life time. These things are desired more than most of Mother Natures finest creations. I have been Mushroom hunting from the day I learned to walk and have had several great years with hugh finds thanks to my Dad who some how developed a keen eye from his Father. This tradition has been passed along in my Dads family for generations and has now been passed onto my Moms side.

If you ever even get the chance to taste a Yellow ,Grey or Black Sponge, or a Black Moral... I would highly recommend it. They are out of this world. I remember as a boy seeing people selling these along the road and what they did was cut the mushroom in half and place enough of them in a quart jar to fill it up. These went for $32.00 a quart and this was about 20 years ago.
