Good day fishing..

It was windy so I decided to stop at a couple farms to ask permission for future fishing...The farmer told me that he owned 3 miles of stream right along the road and the road would break the wind...I should go fishing....Caught.....27.......browns ranging from 8 inches to 18 inches...Used mostly panther but did use #5 husky jerks on deeper holes...Best day in recent memory...spinner..

Spinner....Your posts remind me so much of the way in spent my time fishing and hunting back in Michigan. I too would stop and ask farmer's for permission on fishing trips cut short. I sure do miss alot of the fishing and hunting back in the midwest. It was always tuff to decide if we were going to catch some steelies or browns, hunt pheasent, hit the blind for ducks or bag a deer. Keep the posts coming....I enjoy fading back to the good old days while reading them.

Another good day....Fished all afternoon...Fished in creek that I got permission from in last post...Caught 17 browns...range-17-21 inches....Really good stream..Called Knapps creek...The 21 incher was a SOW...between 4-6 pounds...went right back in creek to grow bigger...not so hard this time to put back in....gave me a really good feeling to let her go....All caught on Panther Martins......spinner...........

Spinner you are being modest, I wouldn't call that a good day i'd call it a great day! Glad to see things finally thawed out up there, congrats on the fish.
