Check out this story that was written by the passionate Owl. It's a good one! www.flyanglersonline.com/features/readerscast (http://www.flyanglersonline.com/features/readerscast)
Everyone should love their trout stream as much...although, I think Owl might be having an affair with the Nantahala these days http://www.georgia-outdoors.com/ubbngto/smile.gif.

Sorry Owl, poem. I can't believe I made such a mistake. That would explain why those fish are so easily spooked by you. With you singing to them and all. They probably don't know what to do. I suppose a song will be the next thing? http://www.georgia-outdoors.com/ubbngto/smile.gif

ahhh. GaFishinGal got few responses to her posts and was easily bored with us trouters. She's just picked up bass fishing and I was hoping all the fishing talk would get her curious about our cold water friends, but alas, as my great granddaddy Possumella used to say............" nope...". http://www.georgia-outdoors.com/ubbngto/smile.gif

Met her in a Fishing Chat Room.......got a pic, too. hidden away in some file...think i saved it as ...."thoughts on the bead head soft hackle" or something. Anyone want to see it?

hahahaha what do ya think about that , Ga FishnGal( are you lurking out there ?

Regards Ole Man,
you been to Jimmy's ? I have to get up there soon to peek at the new place !

Beautiful Owl...you have put into words (quite well I might add) what we all have felt when fishing a new stream for the first time! I hope I never lose that excitement! http://www.georgia-outdoors.com/ubbngto/smile.gif

Owlie,

Glad to see that so many got to read your story. You did a great job, but was even better was being able to be there and see it first hand. It is a great river and as you said, I love finding someone who likes to fish as much as I do.

Ya'll, come on over to flyanglersonline anytime. We have a great chat room that usually always has quiet a few online. Like to see some of you locals there.

Untill the next time on the Nant
