Calling Cards (try-try again)

I enjoy talking to other fishermen on the bank, or at the parking lot and I'm often asking them if they are familiar with NGTO. Most are not and I was just thinking it would be good to hand out cards with the internet address and maybe our names and handles as well. I could certaining make up some cards myself, but what about NGTO selling personalized cards?

I really like this idea... I remember another thread awhile back where it was suggested that these cards have information like - "how to catch & release" etc... I would be glad to have some made, or make some to distribute.
What do you think they should have on them?

They should have short simple directions, on how to remove a hook from skin, using the mono trick. They should have an official NGTO slogan on them, maybe: NGTO, FLY, BAIT, SPIN, TROUT FISH, AND YOUR IN! http://www.georgia-outdoors.com/ubbngto/redface.gifr something, maybe: NGTO, AN INFORMATIVE SITE FOR TROUT FISHING IN NORTH GEORGIA! They should have the web adress on them, and the official NGTO trademark(what do you call it), you know the box thing that has "NGTO" on top of a the "state of Georgia", and then has "Online" four times around it.

Who are we handing these things out to? I'm sure it will mostly be people who want them, but it would really bite if these things were found laying around the river/crik with our logo! Just food for thought.

The complicating thng would be adding my own name and info. How about getting a printer to print the cards on perforated sheets that can be loaded in a printer for us adding our personal info? You can buy the cards on sheets like that.

Aaron, I kinda agree with Milliam. I see enough Lotto tickets to make me wanna scream ! Then on the other hand, if we're all responsible.....it may not be a problem. I think that they should ( would) be given to anyone that is on-line(the first ? I ask folks) and shows an intrest.
