What about having a log book as part of the site.

Keep track of date,time,air temp,water temp, river or stream, location, species, number, length,weight,fly used...

If this were properly categorized, this may be useful information for the DNR.

Technically, we have that already in the stream reports section. For sure, not all that data is prompted, but the person who collects that data would probably include it in their report.
The problem with the stream reports, which I am guessing few people look at, has historically been bogus posters pooping in the stream. Hence, people quit looking at them.
