The April Foothills TU meeting will be Thursday the 24th at Smithgall Woods. The meeting this month will begin at 6:30 PM in the field across from the parking lot. Dave Humphrey will be conducting a casting clinic for those of us who need to work out a few bugs in our technique. Dave recently received his FFF Instructor Certification and has taught the Orvis Fly Fishing School at Smithgall for the past two years. After the casting clinic, we will move to the Visitor Center to continue the meeting. Dave has a new Jason Borger video that takes an unusual, and humorous, approach to analyzing casting problems and how to correct them. Should be a lot of fun. As always, everyone is invited.
