Is the Toccoa River upstream of the Noontootla public waters?

It looks pretty fishy, but I didn't want to go steppin' into stuff that wasn't legal.

you gotta be careful where oyu go in that area .... it drifts in and out of public waters ..... and it is easy to forget which way or where you are. above and below the area of deep hole is one of the easiest access areas but you do run out into private property here and there.

ee is right, public and private sections are sometimes hard to tell. I would recommend fishing Deep Hole Campground and maybe a small hike to the swinging bridge on the Benton McKaye trail.
