I'm thinking of taking my daughter fishing on Smith's Saturday. With all this rain, will the river be blown out?

We've had a lot of rain in the past few hours and the river in Helen is blown out right now. However, Smith Creek below the lake is a lot less susceptible to high and muddy water because it comes off the bottom of the lake. I would think that by Saturday it should be fishing well.
