Was reading the VFS, South States Regional, Public Fishing Reports, and a guy from Alpharetta, Ga filed a report on Jan 12,99 about his fishing trip to Noontootla using "Texas Pink Worms" and "Corn & Salmon Egg" combo baits. Said he landed a 9 1/2" Spec and hooked 3 more but lost them. Do we but ever need to educate him. For new members info: Noontootla is artificials only.

I saw that Ole Man. Pissed me off. I wanted to jump through the stream. I didn't know wheather or not he was joking or not. Was planning on sending an email expressing that he was breaking the law. Suprising that he would post something like that on VFS. VFS is Fly fishing only. I had a feeling he might have been trying to stir something up, but you never know.

I see that same post on a lot of the flyfishing sites. That guy is just doing that to get a rise out of the flyfishing community.
