On the subject of delayed harvest. Has any thought been giving to make Smith Creek ABOVE Unicoi Lake a DH stream. Looks like same principle as below the lake would work here too with a few exceptions. Above would be a little easier to control poaching (one way in, one way out), the water doesn't warm as much (could support large trout longer), could be stocked all season (some large fish would survive because most people would concentrate on stockers). The section above the bridge isn't stocked now anyway and it sure is some pretty water.
