BILL - You mentioned fingerling stocking on the Hooch and Chatooga. What about the Toccoa? Also, has the DNR ever considered designating a stretch of the Toccoa as "special regulation" -- catch & release, size limit, artificial only, etc.?
Last year the Blue Ridge Mountain Chapter of DNR was formed and creating some "quality water" on the Toccoa is the most often discussed topic at the meetings. I believe this would garner strong local support. Thanks -- JPool
