Delayed harvest feeding time???

Will the trout in the section of Amicaloa River that is slated for delayed harvest be fed like the fish at Smiths Creek?

Just wondering if I need to start tying up some 'brown wonder bug' flies *G*

Remember the Amicalola is just proposed at this time. If it is choosen, it is very unlikely that the stream will be fed.
