What fishing license is required for a person on US Military active duty? And, depending on the first answer, is there a trout stamp requirement? Thanks for the information --- John Kies

"Military persons on active status stationed at a military base in Georgia and their immediate family members may purchyase a resident fishing license. A current and valid military I.D. must be shown when purchasing a resident fishing license." (Ga 1999-2000 Sport Fishing Regulations p.5)


You will need a resident trout stamp to fish for trout.
