Would like to use Abbot's Bridge and go as far as McGinns Ferry. Will access to the river be limited due to security reasons?

The areas you mention are not restricted. However, the river upstream near the dam is. Anglers seeking information about fishing in the river above Highway 20 should call the US Army Corps Office at 770 945 9531.
