For anyone who fishes the DH section below Morgan Falls Dam, if you don't mind, please either post or email me regular updates on National Park Service and DNR enforcement of the regulations in this section. This, in addition to the angler counts I am collecting provides me great information on how the new DH regulation is working on this section.
