E-mail help

I need some help, please. I am unable to open attachments sent by e-mail. It reads "Outlook Express removed access to unsafe attachments in your mail." I know there is a way around this, I just can't figure it out. Any help appreciated.

Tools, Options, Security Tab, Uncheck the 2nd checkbox.
