My inbox quota is at 50.

How do I delete some of these? TIA

Private Messages?

Go to your private message page.
On the far right of the dialog titled Private Messages in Folder there is a check box. If you check the top box, it will check ALL the messages in that folder. Or you can selectively choose each message.
Then, at the bottom of that dialog, there is a drop down - choose delete.
Click GO.

Do that for each folder in your private message box.
