Hats off to GDNR

I recently purchased my GA nonresident fishing & Trout license online and had the misfortune of making this transaction during a time when the GDNR website was experiencing technical difficulties. Therefore my credit card was charged 4 times for a single purchase. I was advised of this the next morning via email by the GDNR office. They emailed me the forms to complete and instructed me on the information to include and the refund would be taken care of. I got my notice today and my credit card will adjusted on Monday.
Just thought you kind folks in GA would like to know what a great job this Alabama flyfishing fanatic admires of your Dept of Conservation and Natural Resources does.

Unlike their counterparts at DPS, the DNR send you a form a full month in advance of your boat license expiring. You can mail in the fee, do it on the internet or even by phone.

Much more service oriented than the other Georgia state agencies.
