Feather inlay pictures?

Does anyone have a link to some pictures of feather inlay designs? I've seen the one at the BBQ run and thought it was really neat. The only thing I've played with has been a single jungle c*** feather. I'd really like to see what people mean when they refer to "weaving" feathers together.
